Fitting Instructions
Hi Flow Air Intake

Tools Required: 5mm Allen Key, 8mm Socket/spanner

Remove 3 seat bolts using 5mm allen key and remove the seat(s).
Unhook battery strap from rear of airbox lid.
Remove 4 bolts from airbox lid using 8mm socket/spanner and remove lid complete with rubber sealing ring.
Place Thunderbike Hi Flow Air Intake in place and secure (3Nm).
Hook battery strap back onto rear of lid.
Replace seat(s) and secure.
Go for a ride and enjoy the 5 extra ponies you just released!
